Users will be able to verify their accounts by uploading their ID and Proof of address.

Hourly rate or job rate;
Users have the ability to set their own hourly rate and also bid for jobs in their local area.

Secure payment processing;
hired. help! works with a class leader in the name of Stripe, we are able to offer our users a complete end to end payment solution.

Messenging Service;
Once two users connect and accept a specific job our messaging service will become available for both users to chat.

User Payments;
Users will connect with each other, one being the "hirer" and the other being the "helper" - The hirer will pay for the service of the helper to complete an everyday task, such as cleaning, plumbing, dog walking, etc. On acceptance from the helper of said task, the hirer will provide payment details, of which monies are taken and held with stripe. On completion (confirmed by both users) of the said task, monies will then be released to the helpers bank details (which are provided by the user) minus the service platform fee of 20%.
